Analyze and manage global payroll financial data to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in payroll postings to the General Ledger.
Collaborate with payroll and finance teams to provide insightful financial analysis, support payroll budgeting and forecasting, and drive process improvements.
Report directly to the VP, Payroll and work out of the Charlotte, NC location on a Hybrid work schedule.
Impact the financial integrity of payroll processes, ensure timely and accurate payroll financial reporting contributing to the overall financial health of the company.

6+ years of relevant experience in payroll financial analysis or related finance roles.
Strong knowledge of payroll processes, financial analysis, and compliance requirements.
Experience with payroll and financial software systems.
Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office and other HR systems or technologies (Oracle and ADP experience a plus)
Excellent communication skills at all levels in organization
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive process improvements.
Knowledge of payroll systems and financial reporting tools.
Certification such as Certified Payroll Professional (CPP)
