About this role
Role Overview
- Provide consultative support to cooperative members and relationship managers, offering assistance throughout the post-award (post-contemplation) phase of the consortium process;
- Verify, validate, and arrange the collection of public records and other documents required to continue the process;
- Monitor all stages of the process with the consortium administrator, acting as a liaison between parties until the asset is released;
- Provide technical and operational support to cooperatives and the central office, clarifying questions about consortium processes, procedures, and products;
- Monitor deadlines, identify outstanding issues, and act proactively to ensure speed and quality in process management;
- Ensure a positive experience for members by delivering efficient service and continuous follow-up from allocation (contemplation) through the actual release of the asset.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration or related fields;
- Knowledge of consortium product rules and regulations;
- Preferably, knowledge of financial products and services, administrative routines, and customer service within financial institutions;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
