Analyze market trends for healthcare solutions by conducting sector behavior studies to support decision-making and innovation;
Provide consultative and technical support to the Directorate and Cooperative Member Relations Management in driving strategies for outreach, engagement, and implementation of strategic projects;
Structure, plan, and implement projects; monitor progress to ensure timelines, costs, resources, quality, and outcomes are met;
Adopt the cooperative's project and portfolio management methodology in line with market best practices, assessing its applicability to the cooperative's context;
Lead, in a consultative and technical capacity, the delivery of the area's strategic projects and coordinate interactions with other projects involving cooperative members;
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
Preferable: postgraduate degree (e.g., specialization or master's).
Desirable knowledge in negotiation, conflict management, and project risk analysis.
