Independently manage and lead innovation, technology, and strategy projects for clients across various industries
Conduct market, technology, and competitive analyses and prepare studies, management reports, and actionable recommendations
Conceptualize, develop, and commercialize innovation, technology, and benchmarking studies
Design, prepare, and deliver workshops, training sessions, and seminars on innovation and technology management topics
Support the acquisition of new projects and clients, and independently develop and pursue business opportunities
Manage small project teams and assume technical responsibility within larger project engagements
Monitor and assess new market, technology, and AI trends and derive business potential
Actively contribute to the further development of the New Business Innovation area through new products, services, and solution approaches
Support marketing and communications activities, e.g., LinkedIn posts, webinars, articles, and events
Participate in community initiatives and organize and run networking formats, events, and expert exchanges

Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in innovation, technology, or strategy management
Degree in innovation and technology management, industrial engineering, or a related discipline
Curiosity and an exploratory mindset
Analytical, structured working style and strong conceptual thinking
Strong teamwork and communication skills
High level of responsibility and ability to work independently
Fluent in German and business-fluent English
