Support the recruiting team in day-to-day operations and projects.
Conduct interviews as well as schedule and coordinate candidate meetings.
Support national and international managers in using new recruiting processes and systems.
Deliver trainings and workshops related to the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Analyze recruiting metrics and identify opportunities for optimization.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a degree program, ideally in business, psychology, social sciences, or a related field.
Interest in recruitment, HR processes, and digital HR tools.
Strong communication skills and enjoyment in guiding and supporting others.
Structured, reliable, and independent work style.
Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
