Evolve our platform — from idea to prototype to demo (present progress every two weeks)
Monitor the competitive landscape and bring fresh inspiration
Help shape a delivery process for agent development that scales across 10+ developers and many parallel client projects.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in a product management role — at a SaaS company, tech startup, or technical implementation consultancy
You have independently led B2B projects to success and know how to prioritize business value rather than just executing roadmaps
Strong German communication skills — you can speak clearly with a CEO as well as with a developer
You think one to two steps ahead, weigh options deliberately, and make well-founded decisions
Passion for AI and automation — you actively use AI tools in your own work
You don’t need to be a developer — but you must understand what’s technically feasible and be eager to learn new tools quickly
Highly valuable: you use AI tools extensively for prototyping and conceptual work (e.g., Lovable, Claude Code, etc.) — “Vibe Coding” is not a foreign concept but a working approach for you
Experience introducing or improving delivery processes in growing teams
You have facilitated workshops and supported clients through discovery phases.
