About this role
Role Overview
Schedule and coordinate field service work
Act as the primary point of contact between customers and service technicians
Respond to queries and maintain good customer relations and preparation of quotations.
Ensure service jobs are completed efficiently and to a high standard
Maintain service records, track job progress, and manage workflow
Assist with parts ordering, invoicing, and reporting as needed
Monitor and track work in progress.
Requirements
Ideally experience within OEM equipment or related heavy industry
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
Ready to transition into a coordination role and support a skilled team
Proficiency in service management systems or willingness to learn
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
