Support Fidelity’s Real Estate and Workplace Experience organization, support expense management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting across a portfolio of properties
Provide clear financial insights, ensuring cost transparency, monitoring budget adherence, and supporting data-driven decision-making for real estate operations
Support strategic insights to inform business strategy, support the execution of key initiatives, and help measure and evaluate business performance through ongoing reporting and analysis

A bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or equivalent; MBA or advanced degree a plus
2 years of professional experience in Finance with a successful track record in financial modeling and analysis
Proficiency in financial modeling and presentation tools (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint) with experience in PowerBI and Anaplan
