About this role

Assessing and documenting the requirements for Fidelity’s digital investment products operational ecosystem
Provide critical digital subject matter expertise and context to accelerate product roadmap and target state operating model
Own end-to-end program management for digital asset operations initiatives
Build and maintain integrated project plans, deliverables calendars, and critical path timelines
Establish and run cadence with business partners across multiple teams
Create executive-ready materials for stakeholders

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
10+ years of experience preferred
CAIA, CFA, and /or MBA is a plus
Experience in investment and fund operations, including key processes (administration, valuation, custody, trading ops, performance, compliance)
Detailed knowledge of digital investment products—cryptocurrencies, tokens, and blockchain-based transaction flows—preferred
Project/program management excellence, including proficiency with PM tools and PMO practices
Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and analytical problem-solving skills
