About this role

Define and maintain enterprise guardrails, including naming standards, tagging policies, subscription/account structures and resource organization.
Develop enterprise-level architecture standards for networking, IAM, security, regulatory, and operational requirements.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering, promoting good practices and adherence to architectural design standards.
Work closely with IT product owners and business users to understand their needs and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Development of IAM practices and RBAC model to integrate seamlessly with cloud platforms, applications, and automation frameworks.
Define metrics, thresholds, and dashboards to provide platform level observability.
Design a FinOps model providing transparency and enabling resource consumption chargeback.

Proven experience developing and executing multi-cloud strategies in AWS and Azure along with on-premise workloads.
In-depth knowledge of distributed systems, virtualization, containerization and serverless architecture.
Strong foundation in Infrastructure as Code , CI/CD pipelines, and platform engineering practices.
Solid understanding of Zero Trust security principles and identity access management.
Ability to provide high-quality visuals and documentation that conveys system architecture to various audiences.
