Responsible for a variety of duties to ensure program and service eligibility and compliance for both Ryan White and the 340B programs.
Is the first point of contact for newly diagnosed patients.
Links new patients to Matthew 25’s Part B, C & D programs or another appropriate healthcare provider and schedules initial appointments.
Conduct insurance needs assessments with clients based on intake referral and ongoing insurance needs.
Assist clients with applications for Medicare, Medicaid, employer or private insurance, as well as state and local-level coverages, also known as the Ryan White programs.
Responsible for data entry of patient information as well as various other information into the electronic medical record.
