Role Overview
- Ongoing support and maintenance of the Epic system
- Implementing and supporting assigned interfaces
- Coordinating analysis sessions, creating technical designs, triaging and resolving interface errors
- Coordinating testing, cutover, and go-live activities
- Partnering with application teams, vendors, and technical teams
Requirements
- Requires a BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field of study
- Minimum of 8 years experience in a variety of technologies, documenting requirements and/or building test cases
- Epic Bridges Interface Certification strongly preferred
- Experience with Mirth strongly recommended
- Experience with Rational tools, Six Sigma or other process improvement training strongly preferred
