Maintain physician, patient, providers and staff scheduling systems
Initiate/maintain clinical, non-clinical and surgical electronic schedules
Coordinate with clinical supervisors to optimize scheduling system utility
Develop new functions and innovative uses of system and install system upgrades
Generate reports and master schedules for physicians, providers, patients and staff
Coordinate scheduling with billing IDX dictionaries
Troubleshoot system for all users
Conduct audits to maintain effective use of systems
Participate in department/university meetings to ensure scheduling system meets needs and objectives
May supervise assigned staff
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent high school certification or combination of education and/or experience
3 years of Medical Office Scheduling experience

Driver's license is not required
