About this role
Role Overview
Conduct proactive sourcing activities to build pipelines of qualified physician and APP talent for current and future workforce needs.
Maintain talent pools that support strategic staffing and workforce planning initiatives.
Create and execute sourcing plans for conferences, career fairs, residency events, and other recruitment-focused activities.
Organize, track, and manage candidate leads generated through recruitment events and outreach initiatives.
Maintain accurate documentation of sourcing activities in accordance with regulatory, compliance, and organizational requirements.
Perform audits and quality reviews across applicant tracking systems, candidate relationship management platforms, and recruitment databases.
Process candidate hires and support data management activities within the applicant tracking system.
Support continuous process improvement initiatives related to sourcing, candidate engagement, and recruitment operations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, workforce planning, business development, sales, or a related field.
Strong organizational, analytical, and relationship-building skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, sourcing tools, databases, and Microsoft Office products.
Experience supporting physician, APP, healthcare, or other specialized recruitment functions.
Experience using Workday or other similar HR systems.
Knowledge of sourcing methodologies, talent mapping, and candidate relationship management.
Experience coordinating recruitment events, conferences, or career fairs.
Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing technologies.
