Role Overview
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple complex initiatives
- Serve as an Agile leader and coach
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and promote effective cross-functional collaboration
- Manage risks, dependencies, impediments, and changes in scope
- Monitor and analyze Agile delivery metrics
- Provide executive-level reporting and stakeholder communication
Requirements
- 7+ years of project management experience
- 5+ years of experience in an Agile environment
- 2-4 years of Jira experience
- Healthcare experience
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Expertise in execution and delivery, including planning and supporting team outcomes
- Jira admin and configuration experience (preferred)
- PMP and at least one Agile certification (preferred)
- Medicare experience (preferred)
- Experience with automating business processes and using AI (preferred)
