Continuously analyse and optimize social media campaigns to ensure maximum reach and impact.
Stay up-to-date with trends, best practices, and emerging social media platforms to keep the brand to our standards.
Create and manage a content calendar, ensuring timely and relevant posts across all platforms.
Plan, create, and curate high-quality content (images, videos/reels, graphics, copy) that aligns with the brand's voice and marketing objectives.
Oversee daily social media publications, including posts, stories, and cross-platform sharing, engagements.
Develop creative Social-Media Stories that engage and captivate the audience.
Grow engagement by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and personable manner.
Plan and execute paid and organic social media campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to design and implement campaigns that drive traffic, leads, and sales.
Track and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to meet KPIs.
Identify and build relationships with relevant influencers and brand ambassadors.
Negotiate contracts and manage influencer campaigns.
Build and nurture an engaged community by gaining authentic connections with followers and clients/partners.
Moderate conversations, facilitate discussions, and proactively engage with the audience across social platforms.
Edit social media visuals, videos/reels, and graphics using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar.
Regularly track, analyse, and report on social media metrics.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
4 years of experience in social media management, content creation, community engagement, and influencer marketing.
Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, Telegram, etc.) and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, HubSpot, ChatGPT, Canva, CapCut and more).
