8+ years of experience in brand marketing, creative direction, or integrated campaign development within an agency, in-house agency, or enterprise marketing environment.
Proven ability to lead concept development, brand storytelling, and multi-channel work from strategy through execution.
Strong understanding of brand systems, sponsorship marketing, digital experiences, accessibility standards, and integrated marketing practices.
Demonstrated people leadership experience, including coaching, developing, and guiding creative talent in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to influence senior stakeholders, present creative recommendations clearly, and build alignment across creative and non-creative audiences.
Experience applying emerging creative technologies, including AI-enabled tools, to improve exploration, efficiency, and delivery while maintaining quality and brand governance.
