Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field required; MBA preferred.
10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (VP or equivalent).
Proven track record of building and leading high-performing marketing teams, ideally within an in-house agency model.
Proven expertise in brand strategy, architecture, and corporate identity, with a track record of successfully launching and managing multiple brands.
Strategic, entrepreneurial, and creative thinker with strong business acumen and a results-oriented mindset.
Deep understanding of the full marketing mix—including creative services, content creation, digital marketing, and analytics—and proficiency with modern MarTech platforms (CRM, automation, analytics).
Exceptional communication, collaboration, and consensus-building abilities across all organizational levels.
Adaptable, passionate brand advocate, comfortable in fast-paced environments and attentive to detail and design.
