Role Overview
- Assist with product or application related inquiries
- Helping to identify and initiate corrective action by determining the most cost-effective solution
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Liase with other departments to escalate and resolve all client's issues in a timely manner
- Execute ad hoc tasks as required to support operations and program objectives
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Previous experience in FX business is a PLUS
- Proficient Microsoft Excel user
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is a MUST
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
- Eagerness for continuous professional development
- High level of autonomy and trust, support of ideas and opportunity to influence directly company results
- Good numerical skills
