About this role
Role Overview
Manage qualified leads across the entire customer journey — from initial contact to contract signing
Conduct personal advisory and sales consultations by phone, via Microsoft Teams, and at information events
Provide individualized guidance to students and their families on our high school programs and year-abroad options
Independently plan and manage follow-ups through to confirmed registrations
Professionally manage your sales pipeline using our CRM system
Carefully document all customer contacts and activities
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our sales processes and customer experience
Represent CAMPS at information events, trade shows, and school events
Work closely with Marketing and Operations to continuously improve lead conversion
Requirements
Experience in consultative sales, customer advisory roles, or customer success
Enjoy engaging and inspiring people and building long-term relationships
Structured, self-driven, and committed work style
Interest in modern sales processes, CRM systems, and KPI-driven work
Strong communication skills, organizational talent, and team spirit
Fluency in German and a good command of English
Personal experience abroad (e.g., student exchange, study abroad, work & travel, or au pair) is a plus but not required
