Drive revenue growth by selling IoT-enabled water management solutions, including hardware and SaaS offerings
Develop and execute a territory growth strategy focused on pipeline generation, customer acquisition, and revenue expansion
Identify, qualify, and advance opportunities with commercial real estate owners, operators, developers, property managers, and engineering firms
Conduct customer discovery meetings to understand business challenges and align Nexa solutions to customer needs
Deliver compelling product presentations, demonstrations, and proposals that clearly communicate business value and ROI
Build strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, including channel partners, consultants, contractors, and existing customers
Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Project Management, and Sales leadership to support solution design, project scoping, and successful customer deployments
Manage and maintain accurate pipeline, customer activity, and forecasting data within CRM systems
Support a best-in-class customer experience from initial engagement through deployment and post-sale handoff
Contribute ideas, insights, and feedback to support the growth of Watts Digital Solutions
Assume responsibility for other projects and duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required
1–3 years of B2B sales experience
Experience selling into commercial real estate (office, multifamily, hospitality, or related industries)
Strong communication and presentation skills, both virtual and in person
Proven ability to generate opportunities, manage a sales pipeline, and drive deals forward
Ability to build relationships across multiple stakeholder levels, from facility teams to executive leadership
Understanding of and adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
