Role Overview

• Supporting HR and HRBP programs and projects for a region
• Performing administrative tasks, data analysis, training support
• Providing communication to HR partners and client leaders
• Coordinating HR programs and initiatives
• Preparing reports and presentations
• Analyzing workforce data and employee trends
• Supporting audits and compliance activities
• Assisting with employee engagement and retention efforts
• Partnering with HRBPs to support regulations and audits
• Scheduling and tracking management orientations
• Responding to inquiries from managers and employees
• Performing administrative duties for HR leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in a related field (HR, Business Management)
• 4 years of HR experience in lieu of degree
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting capabilities
• Ability to identify trends and tell a story through data
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong prioritization and multitasking abilities
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Presentation development and facilitation skills
• Proactive problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
