Serve as the project manager for UKG System implementation project.
Design and facilitate training, project management, and consulting across a complex organization.
Ensure task owners are progressing on defined tasks and completing within required timeframes.
Escalate and address risks and issues as needed.
Coordinate and lead local steering team meetings.
Provide regular project updates and lead go-live command center and issue tracking.
Combine consultative expertise with high-impact facilitation to improve processes.
Support organizational effectiveness to continuously improve the work environment through Trinity Health culture and values.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field is required.
Minimum of five (5) years in project management is required.
PMP Certification is preferred.
Lean/Six Sigma experience is preferred.
Experience with change leadership in a healthcare setting is preferred.
Strong project management skills and the ability to simultaneously work on multiple projects are required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information is required.
Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office Suite applications is required.
