Security Officer – Acute Care

Role Overview

• Provide safety and security for employees, residents, and visitors
• Document and report on incidents involving potential fraud, safety threats, or conditions needing investigation
• Follow through on investigative leads

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED required
• Associates Degree preferred
• NYS Driver’s License
• Valid Armed or Unarmed Security Guard License
• Active police officer certification; active police officers must obtain NYS Security Guard license within 90 days of hire.
