Support members and clients by explaining existing applications and digital tools that enable them to complete transactions and manage their accounts independently.
Contribute to business development and maintain client relationships through service delivery and outreach activities.
Assist members and clients who have experienced fraud or other irregularities.
Monitor and process transactions required to resolve cases.
Stay current with industry standards, products and services in your area of expertise.
Uphold compliance, security and risk management standards.
Requirements
High school diploma in a related field
Minimum of three years of relevant experience
Knowledge of French is required
