Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related quantitative discipline
4–6 years of experience in Data Science, Product Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Growth Analytics, or a similar analytical role
Advanced SQL and Python or R skills
Strong foundation in statistics, experimentation, and causal inference methodologies
Experience designing and analysing A/B tests, controlled experiments, holdouts, and geo experiments
Experience measuring incrementality and evaluating business initiatives using data-driven approaches
Strong understanding of growth and performance metrics, including ROAS, CAC, conversion, retention, and customer lifetime value
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex analysis into clear business recommendations
