Open new claims on the phone with clients and ensure immediate handling of the situation
Gather versions of events from the insured and/or witnesses by interviewing them about the events
Determine if the claim is covered or not by analyzing the coverage required to cover the claim
Analyze the information obtained, make decisions that will be used to establish liability and review the assessment of damages
Settle the claim in a fair and reasonable manner, validate damages and complete payments

Completion of CIP C11 course and/or Adjuster license
Previous insurance experience
Great critical thinking: you challenge assumptions, identify risks early, and continuously improve processes to drive better outcomes
Passion for customer service with strong written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated and goal oriented, capable of working in a fast-paced environment
No Canadian work experience required; however must be eligible to work in Canada.
