Role Overview

• Lead the strategic application of advanced Lean Six Sigma methodologies
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and oversee execution of complex continuous improvement projects
• Optimize performance and achieve operational excellence
• Coach and mentor Green Belts and Strategic Leadership
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement
• Maintain meticulous records of deviations and guide operations to prevent issues
• Provide expert guidance in resolving complex issues
• Organize and execute Kaizen events
• Promote and enhance daily safety practices
• Facilitate communication with other departments for cross-functional synergy

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
• 8-12 years of relevant experience
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification
• Proven expertise in advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving
• Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional proficiency in managing multifaceted tasks and projects
• Profound knowledge of plant and business unit operations
• Mastery of advanced software tools, including Microsoft Office and process optimization software
• Willingness to travel Regionally and Internationally (50-75%)
