About this role
Role Overview
Manage and maintain Salesforce NPSP, Marketing Cloud and related supporter systems to ensure they are reliable, secure and fit for purpose.
Deliver system enhancements through configuration, automation and integrations that improve efficiency and capability.
Support campaign delivery through data management, segmentation, technical configuration and campaign execution.
Maintain system governance, documentation and data integrity to ensure reliable, compliant platforms.
Train and support users while driving continuous improvements to system usability and effectiveness.
Requirements
Extensive Salesforce or comparable CRM administration experience.
Experience with automation, integrations and system enhancements across a broader technology stack.
Marketing Cloud or marketing automation platform experience.
Strong data governance and system administration capability.
Excellent communication, collaboration and user support skills.
Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience.
