About this role

Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support a self-organizing, high-performing team.
Coordinate daily development activities, priorities, risks, and dependencies.
Serve as a technical mentor to team members.
Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, Quality Assurance, Project Management, and Customer Success teams.
Participate in client meetings to discuss delivery planning, technical feasibility, and deployment strategies.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, delivery quality, and team efficiency.
Contribute to recruiting activities and onboarding of new employees.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in software development, mechanical engineering, simulation, serious games, or a related technical field.
At least 5 years in a technical leadership role (team lead, technical lead, delivery manager, Scrum Master, or equivalent).
Strong expertise in Agile methodologies and experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies.
Proven experience coordinating multidisciplinary technical projects.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience coaching and mentoring technical teams.
Ability to balance technical quality with delivery objectives.
Ability to work in a hybrid model and travel occasionally to client sites.
