Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of supermarket construction projects

Lead the development and management of capital expenditure plans
Ensure the proper implementation and ongoing maintenance of supermarket facilities systems
Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring strict control over costs
Implement strategies for cost management and financial efficiency
Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for timely delivery and installation
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
Identify and mitigate risks associated with refrigeration, HVAC, and other integrated systems

Oversee the quality assurance process for all systems

5+ years of experience in project management within the construction or engineering sectors
Significant experience in supermarket refrigeration, HVAC, and control systems
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience with the installation of supermarket RHVAC systems, electrical infrastructure, and control systems including CO2, glycol and transcritical
Strong understanding of natural refrigerants and energy-efficient technologies in the supermarket sector
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, CMiC) and cost-tracking tools
PMP or relevant project management certification is preferred
