12+ years of software engineering, platform engineering, or systems architecture experience.
3+ years building production AI, generative AI, or intelligent automation solutions.
Hands-on experience with OpenAI APIs and/or open-source LLMs.
Experience developing AI agents, multi-agent systems, or agentic workflows using modern orchestration frameworks.
Strong Python development experience with modern API frameworks.
Experience with cloud-native architectures, Kubernetes, distributed systems, and CI/CD automation.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
