Develop secure AI agents and guardrails for customer-facing security workflows
Design scalable observability and security intelligence platforms
Collaborate with engineering, product, and security teams to deliver production AI security solutions
Evaluate emerging AI technologies and establish architectural standards and best practices
Provide technical leadership and mentor engineering teams on AI and distributed systems architecture

10+ years of software engineering or systems architecture experience
Expertise in distributed systems and real-time streaming architectures
Strong background in cybersecurity, threat detection, and observability platforms
Experience designing AI-powered security and analytics solutions
Deep knowledge of Kafka, Flink, Spark, and event-driven architectures
Experience with LLMs, AI agents, RAG, and AI guardrail frameworks
Strong programming experience in Java, Scala, Python, or Go
Experience with Kubernetes, cloud-native architectures, and microservices
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field
Experience building enterprise security products or cybersecurity platforms is highly desirable
