Own and improve the operational systems and workflows for program implementation.
Maintain accurate student, school, and program records across internal systems.
Serve as the primary administrator for core program tools and workflows.
Coordinate program launch logistics and deployment schedules.
Publish and maintain lesson content, activities, and resources.
Coordinate surveys, participant recruitment, and evaluation logistics.
Produce reports and data exports for program partners and decision-making.
Respond to support requests from students and teachers.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and energized by building reliable systems and processes.
Experience supporting operational, administrative, or data-intensive work.
Proficient in using spreadsheets, dashboards, SaaS platforms, and operational tools.
Problem-solving skills and ability to identify inconsistencies.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Experience in mission-driven, education-focused, or nonprofit organization is a plus.
