Partner with the VP, Philanthropic Investment to help shape and execute Shatterproof’s institutional giving strategy and long-term revenue growth plans
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of foundation and institutional funding opportunities aligned to organizational priorities
Identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward institutional funders, including private foundations and select public funding opportunities
Develop strategic engagement plans for institutional prospects and existing funders
Lead development of compelling grant proposals, reports, concept notes, and stewardship materials
Partner cross-functionally with program, finance, marketing, and leadership teams to shape funding opportunities and translate impact into compelling investment cases
Track proposal deadlines, reporting requirements, pipeline movement, and revenue forecasting
Help strengthen institutional fundraising systems, prospect management practices, and donor engagement strategies
Maintain accurate donor and pipeline records within Salesforce or comparable CRM systems
Contribute to broader philanthropic investment and organizational growth planning
Requirements
5–8+ years of institutional fundraising, foundation relations, or grant strategy experience
Demonstrated success securing five
and six-figure grants and institutional partnerships
Proven ability to build pipeline and develop new funding opportunities
Strong strategic thinking and revenue planning capabilities
Exceptional writing, communication, and storytelling skills
Strong project management and organizational abilities
Experience managing complex proposal and reporting processes
Ability to translate mission impact into compelling funding opportunities
Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset
Experience using Salesforce or comparable CRM systems preferred
