Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation and closing;
Diagnose challenges and opportunities in clients' operations and propose tailored solutions;
Act in a consultative manner, connecting technology and operations to deliver real value to the client;
Work in partnership with internal teams (Operations, Transportation, Product and Finance) to enable proposals and onboarding;
Maintain the pipeline in the CRM (HubSpot), keeping data always up to date and organized;
Support the development and refinement of commercial processes, bringing critical insight and autonomy.

Proven experience in B2B sales with a focus on complex or customized solutions;
Skill and experience in prospecting, negotiating and preparing commercial proposals;
Proficiency with CRM tools (preferably HubSpot);
Strong business analysis and diagnostic skills;
Clear communication, collaborative profile and ownership mentality;
Curious, analytical and results-oriented, with a drive to build solutions and generate real impact.
