About this role

Lead two different SAP migration workstreams, ensuring successful delivery against scope, timeline, budget, and quality objectives
Manage SAP RISE migration projects throughout the entire project lifecycle, from planning to execution and delivery
Coordinate cross-functional teams and drive collaboration between business and technical stakeholders
Participate in technical discussions, understand proposed technical concepts, and facilitate decision-making without requiring hands-on technical consulting
Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and issues
Monitor project progress, ensure timely execution of deliverables, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
Drive execution excellence and ensure successful delivery of project objectives

Strong technical Project Management experience with a good understanding of SAP upgrade projects
Ability to follow technical discussions and understand proposed technical concepts (hands-on technical consulting is not required)
Experience with SAP RISE is a strong advantage
Proven experience leading large-scale global SAP projects
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong execution mindset with a results-oriented approach
Fluent English, both written and spoken
German language skills are an advantage but not mandatory
