Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
Ensure accurate financial reporting in accordance with Finnish Accounting Standards (FAS) and IFRS
Prepare and review financial statements, regulatory filings, and reporting packages
Coordinate local statutory audits and support group audits
Partner with teams across finance and the broader organization on technical accounting matters

5–7+ years of experience in controlling, accounting, financial reporting, or external audit
Strong expertise in Finnish Accounting Standards (FAS), IFRS, Finnish statutory reporting, and financial compliance
Experience with public company reporting in Finland, external financial statement audits, and SOX compliance
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
Finnish KLT certification is considered an advantage
Full professional proficiency in both Finnish and English
