Requirements
Several years of professional experience in field sales or key account management, ideally in the motorcycle, powersports or automotive industry
Relevant vocational training or degree, or an equivalent qualification
Strong negotiation skills, particularly in pricing and dealer agreements
Experience with CRM and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce) is a plus
Very good English skills; additional foreign languages are advantageous for international markets
Basic understanding of marketing activities to support promotions and dealer campaigns
Willingness to travel frequently for dealer visits, trade shows and events
Sales mindset: motivated, structured, independent, customer-oriented, result
and solution-focused, communicative, resilient, and eager to learn
Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments.
