Responsible for product strategy and ongoing development across the entire product lifecycle
Gather and structure requirements from Sales, Support, Integration teams and external partners, translating them into a prioritized roadmap
Develop and scale existing product processes
Advance the agent-based product platform
Drive the introduction of new agents, quality assurance and rollouts
Work in a data-driven way: define relevant metrics and validate hypotheses
Proactive problem solving and team support

Several years of Product Management experience in a SaaS or B2B environment with direct involvement in building AI products
Responsible for product development across the entire lifecycle
Experience in leading and developing product and engineering teams
Understanding of AI-based systems, especially orchestrated and modular approaches
Fluent German and English (business fluent)
Knowledge of the e-commerce ecosystem (online shops and marketplaces)
Technical depth to collaborate effectively with engineering teams
Experience with ML/LLM products and quality assurance
Experience with SaaS operations: billing/subscription systems, pricing, onboarding flows
Experience building partner and integration ecosystems
Experience coaching and mentoring Product Owners
Comfortable working with ambiguity and rapid change in a scale-up environment
