Role Overview
Design and management of projects with industrial partners — from acquisition and planning to implementation.
Investigation of compelling issues related to "battery production", with a particular focus on the development of innovative process technologies.
Development of prototypes and new monitoring, manufacturing, and testing methods within research and industrial projects.
Supervising students on their theses and delivering teaching activities.
Early responsibility for budgets and leadership, with autonomy to shape your own topics.
Requirements
Completed university degree (Master’s or equivalent) in a technical field (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering).
Ideally, initial practical experience in consulting, development, production, or e-mobility.
Self-driven to develop new topics and to make use of available scope for initiative.
Structured and reliable working style; creative and pragmatic thinker.
High willingness to travel and flexibility.
Fluent spoken and written German and English.
