About this role
Role Overview
Project management & pre-opening
Coordinate the construction and planning process for new locations from initial planning through handover
Manage and track trade packages/subcontractors, schedules, and costs
Early identification of delays and proactive escalation
Operational preparation for the pre-opening phase: liaising with authorities, supplier coordination, onboarding checklists
Ensure a smooth opening day
Proactive research of new locations (high street, transport hubs, high-footfall areas), including off-market sourcing and direct outreach
Build and maintain relationships with brokers and property owners
Conduct site analyses: footfall, location quality, competition, and financial viability
Prepare business cases and decision papers for the executive team
Support contract negotiations in close coordination with management
Requirements
Enrolled in a degree program in Real Estate, Architecture, Urban Planning, or a comparable field — Master's student or advanced Bachelor's student
Structured, independent working style with a high degree of initiative
Confident handling of numbers and a basic understanding of financial assessments
Strong communication skills when dealing with external partners
Resilience and a solution-oriented mindset in a dynamic environment
Very good German language skills; English is a plus
