As a Product Manager, you will actively shape our software and bring structure, clarity, and user focus to our product development.
You will work closely with Development, Support, and Management.
Product roadmap: You will maintain and prioritize the product roadmap and align it with our goals.
Requirements management: You will capture customer feedback and internal requirements, assess them, and convert them into clear tickets and specifications.
Visualization & conception: You have the ability to not only describe product ideas but also present them visually. You create mockups and user flows to make concepts tangible.
Interface role: You are the connection between engineering, support, and business, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned.
User research: You conduct qualitative user interviews and analyze them to ensure we develop close to customer needs.
Requirements
Product management experience: You have previous experience as a Product Manager or in a comparable role.
Technical understanding: You have the ability to quickly grasp complex technical issues and communicate with developers on equal footing.
Design affinity: You have a good eye for design and are confident using common prototyping and design tools.
Structured working style: You are strong at organizing knowledge and requirements (experience with modern documentation tools is required).
Mindset: You work responsibly, are results-oriented, and have a strong hands-on mentality.
Plus: Experience in the insurance industry is an advantage.
