Drive regional S&OP and Integrated Business Planning processes, connecting Commercial, Finance, Operations, and Global Supply Chain teams to improve planning effectiveness and execution.
Establish and lead a disciplined performance management cadence, identifying risks, root causes, mitigation plans, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Partner with regional and global stakeholders to translate market requirements into actionable supply chain strategies, recovery plans, and business decisions.
Lead supply chain transformation initiatives, including process standardization, system adoption, data-driven decision making, and operational excellence programs.
Drive organizational effectiveness by strengthening governance, decision-making processes, operating rhythms, and cross-functional collaboration across APAC.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
Minimum 10 years of progressive supply chain leadership experience with regional or multi-country responsibility, preferably within medical device, healthcare, life sciences, manufacturing, or other complex regulated industries.
Broad end-to-end supply chain experience spanning planning, inventory management, customer operations, supply chain execution, and other cross-functional supply chain disciplines.
Proven track record of improving customer service, operational performance, inventory productivity, and business outcomes in complex matrix environments.
Demonstrated success leading transformation, organizational effectiveness, capability-building, or operating model improvement initiatives across regional organizations.
Strong understanding of ERP/SAP systems, planning solutions, analytics, and supply chain performance management.
Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders, build strong business partnerships, and lead through complexity and ambiguity.
Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business priorities into operational execution and long-term capability development.
Strong people leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with experience leading multicultural teams.
Ability to travel up to 25% across the APAC region.
