Role Overview
- Conduct full recruitment processes (sourcing resumes, headhunting, job advertising, interviews, administering tests, and providing evaluations).
- Manage all stages of the selection process independently and remotely.
Requirements
- Required experience in recruitment and selection, from operational to strategic roles.
- Must reside in Blumenau or surrounding area
- Own laptop
- Availability to work during business hours
- Advantage: currently studying for or degree in Human Resources or Psychology
