Support the further development of the risk strategy and the risk management system
Prepare regular risk reports for the Executive Board, Supervisory Board and regulatory authorities
Assess the company’s risk-bearing capacity and derive recommendations for action
Identify and assess risks in processes, projects and strategic initiatives
Develop risk mitigation measures and support their implementation
Participate in outsourcing/third-party risk management, risk analyses and coordination with auditors and regulators
Support internal and external audits in the area of risk
Raise employee awareness for risk-conscious behavior and support the further development of internal standards
Document risks, measures and audit findings and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Communicate with external auditors and supervisory authorities and prepare required documentation

At least two years of experience in risk management within the financial sector
Experience in payments and knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., MaRisk, ZAG, DORA)
Analytical and strategic thinking and a solution-oriented working style
Clear communication, teamwork and a willingness to take responsibility
Enjoyment of complex tasks and a proactive, self-driven approach
Business-fluent German and good English skills
Experience with Jira, Jira Service Management and Confluence
SQL skills for data analysis
