Role Overview
- You independently handle motor vehicle and personal injury claims across all liability areas (motor vehicle and private liability).
- You clarify facts, assess cases, and proactively support our customers in a way that fits the situation.
- You assess and justify coverage and liability issues in a manner appropriate to the addressee.
- You determine fair and accurate compensation and settlements.
- You reliably identify recourse/subrogation claims and pursue them.
- You are in regular contact with other Simpego teams, external clients, and external service providers.
- You actively contribute your knowledge and experience to claims-related projects.
- You are motivated to develop professionally and continuously learn new things.
Requirements
- Ideally, you have completed professional training in insurance.
- You have experience in the area of personal injury.
- You have at least three years of experience handling claims.
- You are communicative and committed, with a strong customer focus and a hands-on mentality.
- You enjoy working in a small, goal-oriented team.
- You are intrinsically motivated and solution-oriented.
- You keep a cool head even in hectic situations.
- You welcome change and progress and are versatile and flexible.
- You are confident using MS Office and enjoy working with new technologies and solutions.
- You have very good German and French language skills.
- Italian and/or English are an advantage.
