Role Overview
- Lead the technical direction for real-time streaming and analytics team
- Own the architecture behind movement of financial and behavioral data at scale
- Partner with tech leaders across data engineering and product teams
- Mentor engineers and review designs
- Shape architectural design decisions and advance DataOps tools
Requirements
- Deep expertise in designing and operating large-scale data platforms
- Strong understanding of defining enterprise architecture, standards, and integration patterns for batch streaming, APIs, and event-driven architectures
- Grasp of data governance, metadata, lineage, security, and privacy by design
- Fluency across the modern data stack (e.g., Snowflake, Kafka, dbt, cloud infrastructure)
- Strong hands-on engineering capability
- Strong stakeholder management skills
