ALL qualifications will include an element of revision or homework. The Lush Spa will be funding this qualification and around 180 hours of paid learning, it is therefore required that the following three unit assignments are completed in the learners own time and unpaid. All resources and information on how to complete these will be given to all learners.

Practical elements will be taught onsite in the Lush Spa Training Centre in Poole

Be fluent in English (reading, writing and speaking).
At least 3 months experience working within Lush.
No previous qualifications in massage are required, however a keen interest in Anatomy & Physiology is a bonus.

This course is fully funded by Lush to develop and progress loyal and hardworking staff members by training them to become a fully qualified Spa Therapist.
You are paid for your Guided Learning Hours in training.

Candidates can progress with learning Lush Spa Treatments.
With this new career, therapists will learn a variety of new skills, be given opportunities for CPD and learn about and showcase innovative products with our clients.
All massage therapists will be given Alexander Technique lessons as part of their training to aid the correct use of their body whilst working.
Learners will be immersed in inspiration, have the opportunity to meet the Spa Team, Directors and R&D specialists during training.
Once qualified, therapists will be entitled to complimentary treatments.
