Role Overview
- Ensure payroll is approved in a timely manner
- Own all payroll-related matters
- Responsible for posting all group bank transactions
- Reconcile the group’s cash position at month-end
- Work towards month-end deadlines
- Provide support to the finance manager
- Manage the payroll timetable and ensure stakeholders are aware of deadlines
- Write clear and concise notes in the finance checklist
- Fully responsible for posting all salary related journals
- Reconcile salary control accounts and other reconciliations
- Ensure deferred revenue file is up to date and accurate
- Responsible for posting revenue accruals
- Assist with preparation of items for annual audit
Requirements
- Part Qualified Accountant
- 2-3 years' experience in accounting
- Experience in payroll management
- Multi-currency group bank reconciliation is an advantage
- Experience in FX is preferred but not required
